Before I learned proper time management I was stuck in a wheel of never ending stress, my to-do list kept getting longer and longer even though I tried crossing off as much as possible.
As time went by I had to do more and more at work which left my home life lacking. This was a huge source of stress; so much of my weekends went into cleaning the house.
When I was finished I was usually too tired to spend time with friends or family.
In addition I was too tired to exercise which made my body start to deteriorate and made me even more tired.
It was a downward spiral too burnout.
That is until I learned how to turn it around.
