HOW TO USE: Place your phone flat in landscape mode against your chest with both hands.
Sit Ups Workout counts the number of sit-ups using accelerometer on your smartphone. It just not only counts the number of sit-ups but also amount of calories burned during that exercise time interval.
In training mode, it prepares a schedule for performing sit-ups daily, based on the user's body status. Training schedule changes according to the number of sit-ups user perform and the time interval taken.
In session mode, user can perform sit-ups with free count. So that he can perform as many sit-ups as he wishes to estimate his performance benchmark, best record, etc.
It provides you a history detail about total number of sit-ups performed till date, time consumed during exercise, calories burned and average number of sit-ups performed daily. One can also keep an easy track of his performance by referring to 2-D graph.
